Now is the time we're at the crossroads between spring and summer, and here are the picks that has caught my eye among a sea of new launches. I'll name this section "This Week's Beauty Radar" from now on:
First up we have Kiehl's Powerful Wrinkle and Pore Reducing Cream, and an accompany eye cream release. This had been released in the USA a bit earlier on this year and it's officially launched here in HK this month. The copper red jar packaging caught my breath instantly - as you might have guessed already - I started using Kiehl's products last year and became quite fond of their skincare, especially the Calendula toner I talked about HERE, Ultra Facial Cream HERE. Anything that targets dilated pores and first lines are totally my cup of tea:
My radar has also caught the latest release from GLYCEL - they have come up with a 3-in-1 product called Aqua Power Hydra-boosting Daytime Protector SPF 30. I have reviewed on their White Ice skincare line before HERE, I'm now testing this new product and so far it's promising! I'll review it under a separate post after I"m done testing it, so stay tuned. For now, I can only tell you that it's a very, very fabulous addition to Summer's skincare wardrobe!
Then I can't help but noticed that Lavera has come up with a Beauty Balm Tinted Moisturizer as well, with the ingredients sourced from organic acai berry.
Also the Lavera Rose Garden shower gel and hand cream sounds divine, as I'm so drawn to rosey scents lately (think Diptyque Eau de Roses...!) Lavera remains a brand I haven't tried yet, but I'm getting more and more curious about it now.
Then we have a few new products from Korean brand Too Cool For School, these include the Pumpkin Sleeping pack which is an overnight mask:
Egg Mousse Soap which is a cleanser in mousse form:
Dinoplatz Loose and Silly Loose powder SPF 27 PA ++ (2 colors available) :
Also from Too Cool For School, a skull-themed makeup removing range, this is the makeup removing gel:
dual-phase eye makeup remover:
and makeup removing wipes:
I haven't tried anything from Too Cool For School thus far, but I"m curious about skincare products as always, particularly the makeup removing gel and eye makeup remover. The skull-themed packaging is very edgy.
I love the packaging for the too cool for school line. So cute!
ReplyDeleteMe too! aren't they adorable?!
DeleteI haven't tried any of these brands - even Kiehl's! Too Cool For School is adorable. You need to review some of that for us. :D
ReplyDeleteKiehls is a brand that I have been getting into slowly :-) I have reviewed their toner.
